Eric Freienstein has an international career with 30 years in leadership, marketing & sales and change management. He has a focus on technical and durable goods for SMEs and international companies.
Eric started as junior consultant to widen his tunnel of experience and insight. Afterwards he grew in responsibility from international brand-, product-, trade-marketing and sales management to embed his knowledge from concept to execution. He has deep understanding of global, strategic and change management inside international marketing & sales, with the focus on reduction of complexity, improvement of execution and increased competitiveness. This had prepared him for his successful country leads from market management to general management and following into consulting.
