Imtech ICT: operate faster with a clear partner contract

Stuttgard

Imtech ICT helps organisations to work more efficiently by integrating business applications. With 700 ICT experts in the Netherlands, Imtech builds and manages a large number of corporate networks, for which it generally relies on partners. These can be large organisations such as Cisco, HP, IBM or Microsoft, but also local parties that provide for the roll-out of networks or for supplementary components.

As soon as a customer query is received, the right partners need to be assembled quickly. Previously, a separate contract would need to be concluded with those partners each time again, also requiring the input of the legal department. This was very time-consuming and it distracted attention from the customer’s query.

Alliance experts therefore developed a master agreement for Imtech and all partners. This master agreement sets out the framework for the collaboration. Now, as soon as a customer query is received, Imtech can quickly determine what each party will do and who will function as chief contractor, and who as sub-contractors. This makes things very clear and saves valuable time.
