Intercultural communication

Intercultural communication refers to communication between people from different countries or even continents, who each act and talk based on the beliefs and opinions of their own culture. This requires an open mind for the beliefs and opinions of the other, and preferably some study in advance to learn what the other may find important, not appropriate or even taboo.
