Stefano Ghetti is the Alliance experts partner in Rome. He holds Master’s degree at Bologna University and specialised at the Bologna Industry Association School and at Milan SDA Bocconi.

Stefano is a senior consultant with 25+ years of effective mix of business skills in strategy & branding, consumer experience marketing, sourcing & procurement, sales and management.

He developed “hands on” experiences in C level management positions in various organisations, including a retail advisory multinational, Italian FMCG retailing and manufacturing, the Italy furniture components industry (with sales abroad in EMEA, India, China, Taiwan, Japan) and the European manufacturers network of Building Improvement products.

Stefano Ghetti improved organisational structure and production processes in turn-around situations and in start-up companies. In these experiences he led the redesign of the commercial, logistics and distribution activities.
