The Senseo Effect

In September 2008 the first book of Alfred Griffioen was published, called "Het Senseo-effect", of "The Senseo-effect". The book was named after the product of an alliance between Philips and Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts. It is a practical guide on how to create an alliance, and describes the partner choice, the joint business model, various contractual aspects and the relationship between partners. The book ends with the subject of company networks.

The book was aimed at the Dutch market, that lacked practical books about alliances, and therefore has no translations in English. However, the presentation that Alfred Griffioen held on June 3rd 2010 in Bangkok gives good insight in the topics of the book.
