 Introduction
The contract has been finalised. Suddenly, a large group of employees on both sides need to start working together, while they were not involved in the preliminary process. This requires internal explanation, but also getting to know each other's organisation and bridging cultural differences.
Goal and result
The goal of this toolkit is to ensure the collaboration gets off to a good start, and that employees on both sides will throw in their weight. For this it is necessary, not only that the people concerned become acquainted, but also that they understand the objectives of the alliance and learn to act accordingly. After the kick-off, your employees' knowledge level will have improved and initial agreements will have been made about practical aspects of working together.
Methods
Alliance experts has a standard setup for a kick-off workshop, as well as methods for a train-the-trainer session. We can also introduce some playful elements or organise a simulation. However, this very much depends on the target group. We shall discuss the setup with you first.

Procedure
In four interviews split among the two parties we will inventory contractual boundaries and expectations. It is up to you to indicate who should be interviewed, but we would anyway like to talk to the people in charge of managing the alliance on a daily basis. Depending on the insights obtained and the number of people involved, we will then determine the right approach.
We will devote a total of two half-days to workshops. These can be arranged in direct succession as one big kick-off day, or we can split a larger group into smaller groups and give the same workshops twice. If you wish to reach many employees, we can also organise a workshop with executive staff, followed by a train-the-trainer afternoon. We shall then train a select group of personnel to independently organise smaller workshops.
For the workshops we count on you to assist us with all required facilities. We will provide for the programme and develop the workshop materials. We also expect an active contribution from the executive staff, since you are best positioned to explain the background to and the objectives of the alliance. On request we can offer a structure to help with this.
Price
The price for the kick-off toolkit and training and the preparations is SGD 7000, VAT exclusive. Location, invitations and the reproduction of materials are your responsibility, on the basis of our input.
