Procedure The toolkit consists of three interviews with key figures in the field of alliances within your company. These are preferably the managing director and two people who are involved with alliances on a daily basis. These interviews will discuss the business strategy and inventory the current partnerships. Whenever possible we will immediately address actual issues.
The input obtained through these interviews is then used to organise a half-day workshop for 6 to 10 people. In this workshop we shall define and explore the concept of an alliance, and discuss the link between your strategy and your current collaborations. We will evaluate these collaborations with reference to 8 items, using short questionnaires. The results are directly available and will be discussed. On this basis we can then help you define follow-up actions.
Price The workshop, including preparation, costs SGD 3500, VAT exclusive, irrespective of the number of participants.
